Each brand is a productised expression of the same mechanism: an autonomous loop with a human approve-gate. --- ## Mechanism (the loop) Every system we build follows six stages: 1. Detect - the loop watches a defined signal (inbox, CRM change, market event, product data). 2. Trigger - a rule or model decides the loop should run. 3. Draft - an agent produces the artifact (email, listing, brief, ticket, post). 4. Approve - a human approve-gate reviews and confirms before anything ships. 5. Execute - the system publishes, sends, updates or files, using MCP tools and typed APIs. 6. Measure - outcomes are written back so the loop learns and reporting is honest. The approve-gate is non-negotiable on any decision with external consequence. That is what makes the system deployable in regulated and mid-market environments. --- ## The 90-day build - Days 1-30: scoping and system design. We pick one job with the highest leverage, map the loop, and agree on the approve-gates and success metrics. - Days 31-60: production build on the client's cloud. Node.js / TypeScript, PostgreSQL, pg-boss, MCP, Next.js where a UI is needed. Hand-written code, no low-code plumbing. - Days 61-90: live operation, measurement and handover. The client's team learns to operate and evolve the loop.
